Crosscurrents
My latest project, CrossCurrents, delves into the intricate entanglement of industrial infrastructure and its relationship with nature and the earth. Through this work, I explore how urban landscapes intertwine with the organic world, revealing unexpected harmonies and tensions with a greyscale view. Using the same techniques that define my natural lighting portrait photography, I approach these industrial subjects with an eye for abstraction, capturing the interplay of light, shadow, and form. The result is a series of evocative artworks that transform urban structures into striking compositions, blurring the boundaries between human-made constructs and the natural environments they inhabit and impact.
